All mass air products are drop shipped direct from Professional Mass Air Systems factory in Lansing, MI. All products are shipped UPS ground unless other arrangements have been made.
Should a product need to be returned, please contact sales@flowmanagementunlimited.com so a return authorization number can be generated. No returns will be processed without that authorization number. All air meters are custom built per the customer's application. Since they are a custom product, mass air meter returns are limited to defect and/or wrong build specifications. All other returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email us if you are unsure on what product to order and we can make sure the customer recieves the proper product they need.
